We are happy to announce that SMARTHEP is supporting the second COMETA training school: ML4Physics@Ljubljana that will be held in Slovenia from 26 June – 2 July, 2025.
The objective of the school, which is co-organised by the COMETA COST Action, the SMARTHEP European training network, the SMASH MSCN COFUND and the University
of Ljubljana, is to provide participants from diverse backgrounds a solid knowledge on cutting edge machine learning topics.
Each day will feature morning lectures, afternoon exercises, and keynote talks, outreach or social activities in the evening.

Please note that students will have to provide a curriculum vitae at registration. A reference letter from a supervisor will also have to be sent to the following email address ml-ljubljana-25@cern.ch by the same deadline of 4th May.
The school will not have participation fees. Financial support is available for a limited number of students, to reimburse travel and accommodation costs. Requests for support have to be submitted through the registration form.
